- Quotations & Orders: All quotations are subject to availability and are not binding until we issue an order acknowledgement. Minimum order quantities may apply.
- Pricing: Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may adjust prices in line with market conditions or errors.
- Delivery: Delivery terms are as agreed (e.g. Incoterms). Risk passes on delivery. Lead times are estimates.
- Inspection: You must inspect goods promptly and notify us of any issues within a reasonable period.
- Returns: Returns require prior authorisation (RMA). Special-order or ESD-sensitive goods may be non‑returnable.
- Warranty: Goods are warranted to conform to specification on shipment. We may repair, replace, or credit at our discretion.
- Payment: Payment terms as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest for late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring suitability for purpose and compliance in your end products.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to the foregoing, we exclude liability for: (a) loss of profit, revenue, or business; (b) indirect or consequential loss; and (c) losses not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods or services.
